How it works

From invite to insight, in four steps

We roll Ronjac out alongside your team rather than handing you a login and wishing you luck. Most fleets are running their first week inside the platform quickly.

1

Invite & onboard

We import your existing driver list, then you send invites from the dashboard. Each driver works through a guided checklist on their phone and signs their agreement — no printing, no chasing.

2

Set availability & assign

Drivers mark the days they can work. You add your vans, allocate them, and build the week from one live view instead of a group chat.

3

Capture every shift

Each shift opens with a guided photo vehicle check, and anything that changed on the vehicle is flagged for review. Incidents are reported in-app with photos and a signature.

4

Bill, score & communicate

Raise self-billed invoices from work already in the system, review how every subcontractor is performing, and keep the fleet aligned with announcements and chat.

What rollout actually looks like

The reason fleets stall on new software is never the software — it’s the fortnight of setup nobody has time for. We do that part with you.

01

We import your fleet

Your driver list and your vans, brought in for you. You don’t start from an empty dashboard.

02

We set up your checks

Your onboarding steps, your vehicle-check questions and your rate cards, configured to how you already work.

03

We stay on hand

We work with your team through the first weeks live, while drivers get used to the app.

No setup fee. No contract. We help you get it running.

Common questions

How long does it take to get going?

It depends on the size of your roster and how much of your paperwork already exists digitally. We import what you have, so the work is mostly agreeing your onboarding steps and rate cards.

What if drivers already signed paperwork before we started?

You can file agreements, past checks and documents for drivers who predate the platform, so their compliance record is complete rather than starting from the day you joined.

Do drivers need training?

Not really — the app opens on the one thing they need to do next. The guided vehicle check is the only part that is new to most drivers, and it walks them through it.

What happens if we stop?

There is no contract, so you can stop any time. Your compliance evidence is exportable while you are with us, and we will help you get your data out.
